What payment methods do you accept?

Do you accept PayPal payments?

  • Yes, we do accept payments from PayPal.

My order was canceled but I was still charged. Why?

  • When your card is rejected, the money is held instead of being transferred. This may be due to inaccurate payment information or the use of an inappropriate payment option. Your money will be refunded in 3-5 business days. If you don't see the money in your account after that, contact your card provider.

  • Yes, US debit cards that contain Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logos are accepted.

Accept gift cards?

  • Yes, US debit cards that contain Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logos are accepted. Please note, in order to process an order made with an appropriate gift card there must be a valid United States billing address associated with the gift card.

Can I use my PayPal account with a foreign card if you accept PayPal?

  • No, in order to successfully process an order there must be US dollars and a US billing address.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

  • No, we don't. Please refer to the methods listed above for appropriate payment methods.

I would like to purchase a product item but there is no “Add to Bag” option or it states “Sold Out.” What does that mean?

  • Sadly, we are presently out of stock of this item. Please return later. We'll refill soon.

  • If the Locations page doesn't show any retailers near you, then you'll have to purchase your desired item online. 

Why is the consistency of my new order different from the one I purchased before?

  • We only utilize non-toxic, organic, and materials in our products, therefore the consistency and aroma may vary depending on the ingredients.

How can I return an item purchased from a retailer?

  • Please contact the retailer as we do not refund purchases made outside of our website.   

How can I return purchases made on this website?

How can I receive free product samples?

What if I'm allergic to your product?

When will my order ship after I place it?

Why doesn't the tracking number work?

  • Sorry for the inconvenience, we allow 1-2 business days for the carrier to update their webpage with complete tracking information. 

When will my order be ready to pick up?

  • Currently, we solely provide shipping. Please refer to the retailers listed on our Locations page to discover a retailer near you that has the product you need.
I need it fast. Can it come Saturday? 
  • Delivery timeframes are based on Monday - Friday. 

The tracking indicates delivery but I didn't get my shipment. What if my shipment is stolen?

  • Caribbean Secrets, LLC is not liable for any missing or stolen packages delivered to the address specified for the order. The consumer must supply a secure and correct mailing address. Please contact the carrier for delivery details. Also it is imperative that you keep your tracking number handy to help the carrier with the inquiry. To ensure delivery on time, we suggest contacting the carrier to organize a pickup at the holding facility. 

Do you ship globally?

  • Orders are currently only shipped anywhere inside the USA.
Do you ship to P.O.? 
  • Yes, P.O. Boxes are acceptable. 

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

  • Yes, we can send to military addresses. . 

My shipping address is invalid when I input it?

  • An invalid address error occurs when the carrier cannot ship to or locate the address in their database. The carrier will need a legitimate US address. 

To update/cancel an order,

  • Please contact us at 1-877-858-0559 or have your order number. However, we cannot cancel an order that has been sent to our fulfillment center.
