Section 9 - Return Policy

All products ordered and not fulfilled in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail or telephone) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order as we process orders at our earliest convenience.

If the order has already been fulfilled, unopened items can be returned within 15 days after shipment. Product must be unused, clean and not damaged. Original packaging must be intact. If the product is free from defectiveness, shipping costs of returning the product will be paid by the buyer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, shipping fee is non-refundable.

I understand that once my item has been processed and/or sent, no reductions or modifications may be made.

Section 11 - Shipping

I confirm that my address is accurate. I understand that if I enter my name, address, or other information incorrectly, I may be charged extra processing or shipping.
